OC Register November 30, 2015 – Brad A. Johnson

“The steaks are expensive, I admit. They cost more than anything else for miles. The 20-ounce bone-in ribeye sells for $49. The 14-ounce strip, $43. But if you step back and put those prices into context with the top steakhouses, this is actually a bargain, because we’re talking about really good USDA Prime. The steaks here rank among the best in O.C.”

“The burger is a candidate for future induction into the hall of fame, crafted from the same high-quality beef as the steaks and slathered with housemade steak sauce.”

Brad A. Johnson – Orange County Register, Food Critic
