The History

Located in the heart of historic Old Town Tustin, CA. this location provides the perfect setting for locals to call home. The brainchild of veteran restaurateur Jim Osborn and Culinary Olympic Gold Medal winning Chef Dudley McMahon.

The concept is built on a made from scratch menu featuring a modern approach to classic and contemporary American favorites bring forth a farm to table approach, utilizing fresh seasonal foods with sustainable resource’s protecting our guests and environment. The flavors will be clean and complimentary to all of our preparations sprinkling in organic foods and house made spice blends. All desserts will be fresh and made in house.
